1. How to Delete Your Account

You can delete your account directly in the Build QR app. Open the app, go to Account, tap "Delete account", and confirm.

2. What Happens When You Delete

When you delete your account, it is deactivated immediately and you are signed out. Your account and its associated personal data are then permanently deleted within 30 days.

3. Requesting Deletion by Email

If you can't access the app, you can request deletion of your account and data by emailing us at support@build-qr.com from the email address on your account. We may need to verify your identity before completing the request.

4. What Is Deleted / What Is Retained

Deleting your account deletes the personal data associated with it — including your profile, the QR codes and assets you created, and the scan analytics associated with your QR codes.

We may retain a limited set of information where required by law — for example, purchase and transaction records — for the period required, after which it is deleted.
