A vCard QR code encodes the same data structure as a digital business card: your name, phone number, email, company, job title, address, website, and notes. When someone scans the code with a phone camera, the device recognizes the vCard payload and offers to save the contact to its address book with one tap.
The vCard format (RFC 6350) is universal across iOS, Android, Windows, and macOS — your contact lands in any address book in the same shape.
